CaLP Training Content Manager
CaLP is looking for an individual with the ability to both strategise and implement innovative and responsive approaches to capacity building materials for the cash transfer programming community.
The Role
The Training Content Manager (TCM) will play a leadership role in defining the strategy for training materials development and content management processes, including ensuring linkages with CaLP’s broader work and themes, and integrating innovative approaches to adult learning. Key responsibilities include the rollout and refinement of CaLP’s suite of course materials, the ongoing revision and refinement of all course content (currently 15 face-to-face and e-learning courses), and the development of new content and adaptive approaches to training delivery. The TCM is also responsible for the collection and distillation of what is being learned in the field to improve CaLP’s materials and courses.
What we are looking for:
Our next Training Content Manager will require -
· Proven experience, designing and developing capacity building programmes and materials, including for both face-to-face and e-learning courses
· Understanding of and ability to apply adult learning methodologies and participatory training strategies
· Well-developed analytical and planning skills
· Strong project management skills, including timely delivery of outputs
· Ability to identify and implement opportunities for innovation in capacity building programmes
· Able to influence outside own team and successfully represent specific program or specific issues
· Experience with and understanding of working within a network
